Our story
20 Years of KUPELO
At Kupelo's 20th anniversary, we looked around and saw the people we have grown alongside: colleagues, clients, suppliers and partners. Some have known us from the very beginning, others joined us along the way. Each of them played a part in the moments when we took steps forward, tried new things or searched together for solutions to difficult situations.
Throughout this time, we have learned to look more closely at what comes into our hands. To identify the value in materials that others consider useless, to invest in technology and in the people who know how to use it, to keep our word and to build trust through what we do every day. The experience of these years has shown us how much it matters to stay open, to learn and to adapt.
For two days, we celebrated this journey together with the people who have built it alongside us. We remembered where we started, talked about what we have achieved together and about what we want to pass on: teams and companies ready to grow beyond our generation.

On the first day, we looked back at the people and decisions that brought us here. There were years in which we learned from one another, adapted and found the courage to keep going even when things were difficult.
Reconnecting with those we have grown alongside reminded us that trust is built over time, through work and through the way we stay close to one another. The photos below capture some of the moments of this first day.

On the second day, we met at our headquarters, where the plans we talk about take shape through the work of our teams. We shared with our guests a closer look at the people and companies within Kupelo Holding.
