Adrian Iancu
CEO & Founder, KUPELO Holding
Adrian Iancu is the CEO & Founder of KUPELO Holding, a Romanian entrepreneurial group with more than 20 years of experience in managing complex industrial product and waste streams.
Through TEKKO Logistik Industry, TYBET OKO and KAPUTT Sekuro, Adrian has developed an operational ecosystem that integrates collection, transport, treatment, valorisation, the recovery of secondary raw materials, disposal and secure destruction, with control over the entire route of each stream.
A central element of the KUPELO model is the traceability of every stream – tracked, monitored and documented – so that clients have visibility into how their products or waste are managed and receive the documentation and reporting they need for their own compliance, audit and sustainability processes.
The expertise built around the group also includes the legislative and technical knowledge required to correctly identify, classify and categorise waste according to its origin, composition, characteristics and applicable regime, in line with Romanian legislation and the European waste framework. This approach makes it possible to establish the right operational route for each stream, from collection and transport to treatment, valorisation, destruction or disposal.
In his work, Adrian aims to turn legislative and operational complexity into a clear, controlled and verifiable process for companies.
Today, through KUPELO Holding, Adrian brings together infrastructure, logistics, technology and legislative expertise in a unified stream-management system that gives clients control, traceability, clear documentation and measurable results.
