The vision of KUPELO Holding is to build a group of companies that turns responsibility into concrete action: recovering resources, reducing the impact on the environment, developing transparent business relationships and supporting vulnerable communities.
Solidarity that reaches hard-to-reach communities
Our responsibility extends to people who have limited access to support and resources. We engage in humanitarian initiatives for children, families and vulnerable communities, including where distance, terrain or the security situation make it difficult for aid to arrive.
One of our recent engagements was in a refugee camp in Myanmar — also known as Burma — on the border with Thailand. We took part in a journey by motorcycle into a region affected by armed conflict, to bring humanitarian aid to the children in the camp.
In Romania, we engage in aid actions and in developing support programmes for hamlets and isolated communities in mountain areas. We also have projects under way in African countries, with participation in humanitarian convoys to hard-to-reach communities.
We pursue the continuity of these initiatives and their adaptation to local needs. For us, solidarity means presence, respect for the dignity of the beneficiaries and the willingness to contribute where help arrives with difficulty.
This is the direction in which we are developing KUPELO: a group that creates value by recovering resources and that takes responsibility for the environment, its partners and its communities.
