At KUPELO we choose to support such people.
Not to put a logo on a piece of equipment.
But to give them more freedom to do what they do best: prepare, compete and evolve.
2024—2025
Supporting the sport
Our first years of involvement were closely tied to Hard Enduro.
In 2024 and 2025 we supported the European competition held in the Piatra Craiului area — a sport close to us through the values it requires: endurance, courage, preparation and the ability to keep going in difficult conditions.
Over time, however, our perspective on the relationship between motorsport and nature evolved.
We began to ask ourselves not only which sport we want to support, but also where, and in what conditions, we want to support it.
Starting with 2026, we decided to move away from supporting motorized competitions held in the natural environment.
2026
From the event to the athlete
In 2026 we moved our involvement to SuperEnduro — a competition held in a controlled environment.
And we made one more important change.
Instead of supporting an event, we chose to support an athlete.
We supported Mario throughout the rounds of the SuperEnduro World Championship, giving him the resources to keep competing at international level.
For us, this change defined more clearly what we want to do in the future.
We don't just want to support sport. We want to support people.

2027
Supporting the journey
In 2027 we take the next step.
We are changing discipline completely and turning to one of the simplest and, at the same time, most demanding forms of sport: endurance running.
Starting with the 2027 season, KUPELO will support Mihai Ciompec throughout his entire competitive programme.
Not a single race.
Not a single moment.
A whole year.
Because performance is not built on competition day.
It is built in the training months the public never sees. In the kilometres covered early in the morning. In discipline, recovery, nutrition, setbacks and the repeated decision to continue.
We want Mihai to be able to focus on this journey.
And for us to provide him with part of the resources needed to continue it.

WE DON'T CREATE CHAMPIONS.
Athletes build their own performance.
They do the training.
They endure the fatigue.
They lose.
They get up.
They try again.
We cannot run the kilometres in their place and we cannot cross the finish line for them.
But we can contribute so that a lack of opportunity is never the reason they stop.

Tomorrow it may be another sport. Another story. Another person.
We are not necessarily looking for champions.
We are looking for discipline, character, ambition and the desire to evolve.
